Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In such cases, customers will be notified by email.

Shipping

We currently ship only within Ukraine.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination within Ukraine and the selected shipping method.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
