Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The Customer has the right to exchange or return a product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the product, excluding the day of delivery, provided that the requirements of the applicable laws of Ukraine are met.

A product of proper quality may be exchanged or returned provided that it has not been used and retains its original condition, consumer properties, original packaging (if applicable), seals, labels, and complete set of accessories.

Products included in the List of Non-Returnable Goods approved by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, are not eligible for exchange or return.

To request an exchange or return, the Customer must submit a written or electronic request to the Seller and provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or any other document confirming the purchase).

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the Seller will:

  • exchange the product for an identical item, if available;

  • or issue a refund if the requested replacement product is unavailable or if the Customer chooses to cancel the purchase in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible, or by another mutually agreed method, within the time limits established by the applicable laws of Ukraine.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable at the time of the Customer's request, the Customer may:

  • exchange the product for any other available product with an appropriate price adjustment;

  • cancel the purchase agreement and receive a full refund;

  • request a replacement once the same product becomes available again. In such a case, the Seller will notify the Customer as soon as the product is back in stock.

If the Customer discovers defects in the product, they are entitled to exercise the rights provided under the applicable consumer protection legislation of Ukraine.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging a product of proper quality. If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged goods, or an error on the part of the Seller, the Seller will bear the return shipping costs.
